Kappa AIRDRYTM - a filter system for all oil and emulsion mists
The composition of cooling lubricants is as varied as their requirements. This also applies to the airborne emissions released, as they represent a cocktail of very different components. The Kappa AirdryTM filter system takes this into account and sets itself apart from conventional mist filter systems.
AirdryTM is intelligent and multifunctional: unlike conventional filter units for cooling lubricant mist, it enables individual configuration to suit the respective application in a single unit - for oil mist or emulsion mist as well as for very moist or rather dry emissions, with high or low raw gas loading.
Individually configurable filter system
It is the only filter system that can be individually configured for all cooling lubricants - a multifunctional filter system for all oil and emulsion mists. Like no other filter system, it responds individually to the respective task, as the individual filter stages can be individually configured and changed. Even when switching to a different cooling lubricant, the Kappa AirdryTM can adapt to changed framework conditions.
Minimum resistance at maximum output
The intelligent air routing without turbulence and the high-quality filter stages with excellent self-cleaning properties ensure low system resistance at maximum output. This ensures low energy consumption. Compared to a conventional fabric filter, the resistance can be significantly reduced.
