Der Kappa Zeron® The Kappa Zeron® is a dust and soundproof industrial building. It consists of solid concrete panels and combines all system functions in one system - maximizing filtration performance while minimizing system resistance. The result: the highest possible separation performance with the greatest possible energy and resource efficiency.
For the first time, efficient and economical air management is possible thanks to the modular design of the Kappa Zeron®. It does not require any of the tricks that were previously used to regulate air supply and extraction. The Kappa Zeron® ensures optimum air flow from the inlet to the chimney, without turbulence and turbulence. The reduction in overall system resistance leads to considerable energy savings.
Dust emissions are separated in the filter chambers using Kappa Mykro+ filter elements. These are characterized by a progressive structure with integrated microfibres and ensure optimum surface filtration. They have been specially developed by Kappa over many years for large-scale dust extraction.
The Kappa Mykro+ filter elements are cleaned automatically using the Kappa low-pressure pulse system. The dust cake is detached from the filter surface by a highly efficient low-pressure pulse (1.5 to 4.5 bar), cleaning takes place offline and the filter chamber to be cleaned is decoupled from the air flow by means of raw and clean gas flaps.
Fully integrated fans ensure quieter operation.
